Zoetis Loyalty Program
Situation
Zoetis inherited a legacy program that had become prohibitively expensive, difficult to participate in, and hard to measure profitability. Competitors loyalty programs were becoming more sophisticated.
Action
Ellipsis designed a new Zoetis loyalty program that rewards and incentives vets and allows the collection of data for customer and program insights.
The process involved development of multiple program constructs, which were workshopped and reviewed resulting in the selection of the preferred model.
A full business case and IT requirements were created for a seamless platform implementation.
Results
Program was successful re-launched using the existing Salesforce platform. Extensive education and field engagement programs were rolled out to sales and marketing teams.
