As we celebrate Ellipsis’ first decade and fly into the next, we’ve breathed new life into the library of Ellipsis loyalty stories. For within these tales lie the secrets to overcoming the challenges that face every loyalty adventurer. So, grab your cloak and staff, as we embark on a quest to navigate the treacherous skies of loyalty challenges together.

The cast for this adventure

The CEO of Acme Inc. calls for an intellectual pilgrimage by his Executive Leadership Team. Customers are not returning and profits are down. 

The knowledge pilgrims on the team will be Constance, the Loyalty Head; Stellar, the Marketing Manager; Algo, the Data Scientist lead; and Penny, the CFO. The best presentations will receive a free dinner at Harry, the CEO's favourite restaurant, the Tabard Inn.

Harry schedules a series of storytelling sessions with each team member to share a tale of customer marketing and customer issues. At the end of the pilgrimage the team will build a customer loyalty strategy.
